1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website [https://www.answers-in-reason.com] (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the necessary consent from a parent or guardian.
3. User Accounts
a. You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the Site. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

a. Users may submit content to the Site, including but not limited to comments, articles (with approval), and other materials. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, and reproduce your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Site.
b. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you agree not to submit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s systems or networks. e. Impersonate any person or entity. f. Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site’s operation.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site.

In no event shall AiR (Answers in Reason) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Third Pary Apps and Connections
When using an App in conjunction with the AiR website you are bound by both the AiR T&C and the T&C’s of the hosting provider. e.g. in the instance of using an App from TikTok you are bound by TikTok’s T&Cs.
Similarly any 3rd party location, e.g. stores and social media, you are bound by the use of their specific T&Cs.
AiR Shop
The Answers in Reason (hereby known as ‘AiR’) shop. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making any online purchase at the AiR shop.
Currently, the AiR shop is offline, the T&Cs relate to our hosted items, however, there is a 3rd party store we have:

When using a 3rd Party AiR store you are bound by their T&Cs.
1 – General
You can shop our products through our online shop. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service for help at admin@answers-in-reason.com. All designs are created by members of AiR and are produced by Spiraldance Custom Clothing. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts at fraud will be reported to the police. The AiR shop reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout are accepted. the AiR shop holds the right to have minor deviations related to how material, colour, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear in our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes. All prices include UK vat (20%).
2 – Shipping & Delivery
All items are made to order, and dispatched within a week (depending on volumes). Delivery is free within the UK and £5 worldwide.
The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. the AiR shop will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.
Shipping destinations and shipping fees
Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days, if anything else is not announced.
Uncollected packages
We will charge £25 for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
Customs and import fees
You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting the relevant authority.
3 – Payment
You have the following options:

The AiR shop reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate
an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. the AiR shop can also
demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
4 – Returns
UK law is applied, according to the right of reclamation and you have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 30 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you must contact our customer service within this time. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. When returning a product, you pay for the shipping cost.

Refunds
You will receive your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account.
Our returns policy
You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods must be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items the AiR shop will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Claims
If the product is defective, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to our customer service before returning the product, then return the product together with your receipt to the address provided.
5 – Security
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured.
6 – Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by UK law. The AiR shop may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
7 – Ownership of right
All rights, including copyrights at answers-in-reason.com, remain with Answers in Reason and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission
8 – Force majeure
In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by a public authority or similar circumstances DEDICATED will apply to force majeure. This means that these terms & conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs DEDICATED will try to inform you about this.

Collection of Personal Data When Buying
We save personal information in the form of; name, contact details and address in order to fulfil our commitment to you as a customer when ordering.
The legal basis for this collection is the terms and conditions of the purchase. These data are shared with our warehouse and logistics partners in order to fulfil the order. We also save your order history to handle returns and complaints.
Collection of Personal Data for Email Marketing
If you have agreed on receiving news and offers by e-mail when making a purchase, or filled in the form to receive newsletters, we will save your e-mail in our newsletter register. The legal basis for this collection is consent. We use this registry to send out relevant information about news and offers. You can at any time decline to receive more mailings and be removed from our email registry by unsubscribing via the link in the emails.
Personal Data Responsibility and Privacy
In cases where we share personal data with third parties in order to fulfil our commitments to you as a customer, we have personal data agreement with this party. We do not share information with non-EU / EEA parties, except for deliveries outside of this area.
